About Aumkar Sanskar Kendra
Aumkar Sanskar Kendra is founded in the year 1998 with an objective of inculcating interest about Sanskrut language, ancient Vedas, Upanishads, shlokas, Aumkar, Meditation & treasures of Indian Culture across the globe.We started taking in person classes at different cities such as Mumbai, Thane, Nasik, Pune, Solapur, Hyderabad, Varanasi to name few.Since March 2020, we have started online classes also which has benefited many Indians residing across the globe. We have students from India, USA, UK, Dubai, Oman, Muscat, Thailand, Singapore, Ireland, Hong Kong, Sweden & Canada.We intend to impart knowledge and conduct courses for people of all ages from 4 years onwards.
About Me
Myself Asmita Sharad Dev.
Maiden name – Alaka Yogiraj Sane.
Born in 1955 in Titwala, a neighboring village of Mumbai.
Inclined towards reading since very early age i.e. 3rd Standard. I have been reading plethora of books / publications covering different fields and not just religion or spirituality.
Have been member of various prestigious and old libraries such as Pune Nagar Vachan Mandir, Dhruva Granthalaya at Pune & Asiatic Library at Mumbai.
Commerce & Law graduate and served as Banker in my professional career. Took Voluntary retirement in 2012 from Allahabad Bank as Senior Manager.
I am a passionate learner who is still learning something or other from anyone and equally passionate teacher who likes to impart and pass on every bit of knowledge to interested learners of all ages.
I have also done doctorate in Naturopathy in 1990s and have practised that as well. Also learnt the scientific base & understanding of Mantra Shashtra.
I am activist of Sanskrit Bharati, an organization which has pan India presence for imparting Sanskrit knowledge. I am also a teacher for Bal Varga in the same institute.

Initiated & learnt Shiv Upasana and Gayatri Upasana from him since 1982. Attended Sapaad Koti Gayatri Yadnya at Ramdara, Loni, Kalbhor, Pune.
Shri Nisargadatta Maharaj
Initiated in Nath Sampradaya in the year 1997 in Mumbai through his disciple.
Shri Divya Chetananand Nath
Initiated in Dash Maha Vidya in 2000. Attended and conducted many koti archan of different Maha Vidyas.
Shri Kalyananand Nath
I have been initiated in Shree Vidya, which is the purest form of practice of Hindu Religion / Culture. The Gurukul (Shri Vidya Sadhana Peeth) is situated in the holy city of Varanasi
